Our Founder
Eunice Lapuz-Belen, BS, MA
As a dedicated wife and mother of four, including two wonderful children and two adorable pups, she is constantly striving to be the best version of herself for her supportive family while making a meaningful impact in the Early Childhood and Autism community.
Bringing over a decade of experience in the autism field, she has worn many hats including Program Director, Behavioral Therapist, Special Education Instructor, Care Operations and Organizational Psychologist. Her passion extends beyond her professional roles, as she has volunteered with organizations like Camp Escapades, No Limits Learning Center, and Pockets Full of Sunshine.
Throughout her career, Eunice noticed a recurring challenge: families and providers often feel overwhelmed, unsupported, and stuck navigating complex systems. On the organizational side, she saw firsthand how autism service providers—especially ABA clinics and early intervention teams—struggle with high turnover, inconsistent processes, and a lack of people-centered leadership.
That’s where her passion for HR and Change Management took root.
Blending her background in behavioral health with her expertise in people operations, Eunice founded One Peachy Day to serve both sides of the autism support ecosystem. She helps organizations strengthen their culture, align their teams, and lead with heart—so that the people supporting families feel just as supported themselves.
Our mission is to educate, empower, and build community through playful learning, thoughtful systems, and meaningful human connection. Because when providers thrive, families do too, one peachy day at a time.
